This page explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and how to use it. It applies to residents of California and of other US states whose laws give a similar right.
What we do and do not do
We do not sell your personal information for money. We have never done so and have no plans to.
We do, however, use advertising and analytics tools that pass identifiers — such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, and hashed email addresses — to advertising partners so that our ads can be shown to relevant audiences. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, that counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, even though no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out of it.
Categories involved
The categories of personal information that may be shared for this purpose are:
- Identifiers — cookie IDs, device identifiers, IP address, hashed email address
- Commercial information — products viewed, added to cart, or purchased
- Internet activity — pages visited and how you interacted with them
The categories of recipient are advertising and analytics providers. These are named in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How to opt out
You have three options, and you do not need an account for any of them.
1. Use the opt-out control on this page
Use the button below. It records your choice for this browser straight away — no account, no email, no waiting.
2. Send a Global Privacy Control signal
We honour the Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser automatically, and you do not need to do anything else. You can find participating browsers and extensions at globalprivacycontrol.org.
3. Email us
Email hello@angelaschultz.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Tell us the email address you use with us so we can find your record. We action requests within 15 business days.
What happens after you opt out
We stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You will still see advertising, but it will not be tailored using data shared from this site. Opting out does not affect your orders, your ability to buy from us, or the price you pay — we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right.
An opt-out made through a browser control is stored in that browser. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device, you will need to opt out again there.
Authorised agents
You may appoint someone to make this request for you. We will ask for written proof of their authority and may ask you to confirm it directly.
