These Terms govern your use of www.angelaschultz.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this site you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

This website is operated by Pink Pixel LLC, trading as Angela Schultz, of 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Pink Pixel LLC. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to buy from this site. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Your account

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements, and care. Colours can vary between screens, and handmade or natural materials vary slightly between pieces. These variations are normal and are not faults. We may change, improve, or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email, and the contract between us is formed at that moment. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where a price was listed in error, or where a payment does not pass our fraud checks. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Pricing, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. Payment terms are set out in our Billing Terms and Payment Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will always help you trace a delayed parcel.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, the Angela Schultz name and logo, and the site's design — is owned by Pink Pixel LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use it commercially without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property and DMCA Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

11. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

12. Platform

This store runs on Shopify. Shopify provides the platform; it is not a party to your contract with us. All obligations arising from your order are between you and Pink Pixel LLC.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pink Pixel LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date below shows when this version took effect.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts serving that state have jurisdiction, and nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in your own state where the law gives you that right.
