Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure of your claim before sending a notice.
